Stock update specialties in warehouses

Some warehouses have specialties to note about incoming stock updates.

PFS warehouse

  • Please wait for a confirmation from your onboarding contact person before creating your first stock update. We want to make sure all the technical details are in place, so everything works smoothly for you.
  • Stock updates are required to be created to myOGO latest 72 hours before the shipment arrives at the warehouse.
  • Please make sure to book with us in advance if you are sending in a container of goods, so the warehouse can prepare for the inbound.
  • Barcodes are required to be attached for every item sent to the warehouse.
  • Barcodes should also be marked outside of the incoming parcel/pallet together with the quantity of items inside.
  • If there are mixed SKU boxes arriving, "Mixed SKU" needs to be written visibly outside the box and there needs to be a packing list per box included.
  • If stock arrives on pallets, it must be either standard UK 4-way pallets, or on standard EU 4-way pallets. Both options have a maximum pallet height of 1.2m
  • The delivery company always needs to book the delivery slot with the warehouse in advance. Please ask your delivery company to contact goodsinuk@profulfilment.com in order to book the time slot for the delivery.

SKP warehouse

  • Please note that the warehouse has multiple buildings. Do not send in your first delivery before your onboarding contact person confirms the address to you.
  • Weight information on individual SKU:s are required. If you have the information, please provide OGOShip with the information in an excel spreadsheet. The excel needs to contain: name of product, SKU code of product or barcode, and the weight in grams. If you can’t provide this information the warehouse will weigh the products during the inbound of the first stock update against an hourly cost.
  • When shipping containers to the warehouse, a delivery spot needs to be booked with the warehouse. When a stock update with a container is created in MyOGO, our Merchant Care team will secure the delivery time with the warehouse and then inform you via email of the confirmed delivery time.
  • Scannable barcodes or QR codes are required to be attached to every item sent to the warehouse.
