In order for the integration to MyOGO you will need to create Linnworks API token.
Go to myOGO Edit merchant page and select Integrations. Click on New integration and select Linnworks from the list.
Click on Get Token link.
After clicking the link, a Login page will open. Fill in your Linnworks credentials and check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Click Login.
If the next page asks you which version to install, select Development Version.
After successful login, you will get the API Token key. Press Copy.
Go back to myOGO integration setup page, and paste the copied API token into the API Token field.
Remember to save your changes and to enable scheduled latest changes update after the goods are in stock. You can test your integration by pressing Test button.
Linnworks support many locations for your stock. In order to manage your stock in Linnworks you need to create new location that tracks stock in our warehouses.
Go to Inventory → Locations and click Add new. Give the location name that contains "Ogoship" so our program can recognize it. Stock changes will be updated from myOGO to only this location.
Once the new location is set up, on your OGOship location click the FC checkbox on from right.
Now when you want to manage products and stock connected to myOGO warehouse in Linnworks Inventory page, remember to select your warehouse from upper right selection.
Shipping methods that you offer at your online store need to be linked to specific shipping methods provided at myOGO in order to gain full automation.
In Linnworks shipping methods can be managed on the page Shipping .
Once you have those set up copy the shipping method name, i.e., "Express delivery".
In the shipment methods, Service name must match shipping codes in myOGO.
Once you know the names of postal services, go to Edit merchant → Shipping methods.
Add new shipping method from the list and copy the shipping method name from your online store.
The "*" special character can be used as a wild card in the text or code. E.g.
Remember to link every shipping method individually to certain shipping methods on myOGO.

After all shipping methods in your online store are linked to OGOship shipping methods, your setup is done. For more information read Shipping Methods.
Once the integration is set up, go to the Products → Sync webshop products. If the products are not yet visible, click Refresh.
When the products are visible on the Linnworks side of the page, click on all, or the desired products, and select Create product. Read more about the product sync page.
When the physical products arrive at the warehouse, the stock amounts will be visible in both myOGO and Linnworks.
