For the MyOGO integration you will need API Consumer Key, Secret Key and Site ID. Log in to your OnBuy account and go to the API settings page which can be found in your Seller Control Panel.
If you do not have access to this page, please contact the OnBuy Seller Team by creating a ticket.
In the Contact Details section copy your Site Ids number and under Live keys section Consumer Key and Consumer Key.
This info is used to make the integration to MyOGO.
Go to myOGO Edit merchant page and select Integrations. Click on New integration and select OnBuy from the list.
Fill in Consumer Key, Secret Key and Site ID number from OnBuy.
Remember to save your changes and to enable scheduled latest changes update after the goods are in stock. You can test your integration by pressing Test button.
Shipping methods that you offer at your online store need to be linked to specific shipping methods provided at myOGO in order to gain full automation.
Depending on your OnBuy courier integrations you can access different shipping methods (delivery services).
Once you have those set up copy the shipping method name, i.e., "DHL".
Go to Edit merchant → Shipping methods.
Add new shipping method from the list and copy the shipping method name from your online store.
The "*" special character can be used as a wild card in the text or code. E.g.
Remember to link every shipping method individually to certain shipping methods on myOGO.
We offer a large variety of shipping methods.
After all shipping methods in your online store are linked to OGOship shipping methods, your setup is done. For more information read Shipping Methods.
Once the integration is set up, go to the Products → Sync webshop products. If the products are not yet visible, click Refresh.
When the products are visible on the OnBuy side of the page, click on all, or the desired products, and select Create product. Read more about the product sync page.
When the physical products arrive at the warehouse, the stock amounts will be visible in both myOGO and OnBuy.
