In order to make the integration possible you will need to create application for your store. This will grant you access to Privileged Access Token that is needed for the integration.
Once you're logged in to your QuickBooks account you can register a new API application at https://commerce.intuit.com/oauth/applications.
On this site click New Application.
For the new application you need to fill in Name and Redirect URL. URL needs to be filled, but for integration the URL does not matter. You can paste the current site's URL as placeholder like in the following picture. Other fields are not needed.
Once the new application is created click Create Priviliged Token.
Copy the API Token that is created. This will be used in the integration.
Go to myOGO Edit merchant page and select Integrations. Click on New integration and select QuickBooks Commerce from the list.
Fill in API Token (Privileged Access Token).
Remember to save your changes and to enable scheduled latest changes update after the goods are in stock. You can test your integration by pressing Test button.
Shipping methods that you offer at your online store need to be linked to specific shipping methods provided at myOGO in order to gain full automation.
Orders that QuickBooks receives have shipping methods based on the related web store. Check how these shipping methods are determined in the integrated webstores. Once you have those set up copy the shipping method name, i.e., "DHL".
Go to Edit merchant → Shipping methods.
Add new shipping method from the list and copy the shipping method name from your online store.
The "*" special character can be used as a wild card in the text or code. E.g.
Remember to link every shipping method individually to certain shipping methods on myOGO.

After all shipping methods in your online store are linked to OGOship shipping methods, your setup is done. For more information read Shipping Methods.
Once the integration is set up, go to the Products → Sync webshop products. If the products are not yet visible, click Refresh.
When the products are visible on the QuickBooks Commerce side of the page, click on all, or the desired products, and select Create product. Read more about the product sync page.
When the physical products arrive at the warehouse, the stock amounts will be visible in both myOGO and QuickBooks Commerce.
