Sello integration

Sello is an e-commerce management platform which specializes in marketplaces. Sello can be used for selling your products from your online store platform or straight from myOGO to many different marketplaces. Sello with OGOship can be used with or without an integration to an online store.

Create your own merchant accounts to desired marketplaces and connect them with Sello. Then integrate Sello to myOGO.

By using Sello with myOGO, you can expand your sales to across several different marketplaces and reach more customers around the world.

Sello offers three choices on pricing. If you are using Tradera or Fruugo, the service is free, though it does not have all the features available.

Premium plan has a monthly fee and a commission on orders. If no sale is made, the service is free of charge.

Click to create a new API and give the API a name and save.

Integration to MyOGO

Copy the API from Sello to the Sello integration on myOGO. Remember to enable scheduled latest changes update after the goods are in stock.

2. Synchronizing products

When the integration has beet set, select Products → Sync webshop products. If the products are not yet visible, click Refresh.

When the products are visible on the Ecwid side of the page, click on all, or the desired products, and select Create product. Read more about the product sync page.

When the physical products arrive to the warehouse, the stock amounts will be visible in both, myOGO, and Sello.

3. Setting up shipping methods

Your shipping methods that you offer at your online store need to be linked to the shipping methods provided at myOGO in order to gain full automation. The shipping options you offer to your customers need to be individually linked to certain shipping methods at myOGO.

Orders that Sello receives have shipping methods based on the related web store. Check how these shipping methods are determined in the integrated webstores. Once you have those set up copy the shipping method name, i.e., "DHL".

Go to Edit merchant → Shipping methods.

Add new shipping method from the list and copy the shipping method name from your online store.

The "*" special character can be used as a wild card in the text or code. E.g.

  1. "DHL*" matches to "DHL-1" and "DHL-test"
  2. "D*L" matches to "DtestL" and "DYL"

Remember to link every shipping method individually to certain shipping methods on myOGO.

We offer a large variety of shipping methods.

  • DHL offers worldwide fast delivery
  • Omniva is a cheaper and slower option to ship internationally
  • GLS ships to Europe

After all shipping methods in your online store are linked to OGOship shipping methods, your setup is done. For more information read Shipping Methods.
