MyOGO: Ask a question concerning an order

Ask a question concerning an order

If you have a question about a specific order, please use the Ask a question concerning order -feature in myOGO. This feature sends the question to our Merchant Care with the order information.

  1. Open the order in myOGO.
  2. Click the Ask a question concerning order on the right hand side.
  3. Choose the question or note from the drop down menu.
  4. Add a free question text if needed.
  5. Save.

Our Merchant Care will reply to your question as soon as possible. You will receive the reply as an email to the address you used to log in to your myOGO-account. 

 

Ask a question concerning a product or stock update

If you have a question about a specific product or stock update, please use the Question or note -feature in myOGO. This feature sends the question to our Merchant Care with the product information.

  1. Open the related product or stock update in myOGO.
  2. Click the Question or note on the right hand side.
  3. Choose the question or note from the drop down menu.
  4. Add a free question text if needed.
  5. Save.

Our Merchant Care will reply to your question as soon as possible. You will receive the reply as an email to the address you used to log in to your myOGO-account.
