We received the following message from GLS
Due to extremely high volumes and several re-routing shifts in the Rotterdam and Utrecht region, GLS Netherlands is currently experiencing significant delays n these regions. Please take this into account and inform your customer that shipments can take several working days or more before getting delivered. Updates will follow the coming week.
Also, a general strike in Italy for all public and private sectors has been called by several trade unions for Friday May 29, 2026. Delays in pickup and deliveries are to be expected because of the forementioned.
