• Time Period Selection: Choose specific periods to analyze data, available from June 2024 onwards.

Outgoing orders	The number of outgoing orders for the month
Total revenue	The total amount of shopping cart value in orders fulfilled by OGOship
Revenue per order	Total revenue divided by Outgoing orders
Total costs	The total amount of invoiced costs by OGOship dated on the month in question
Costs per order	Total costs divided by Outgoing orders
Costs vs. revenue	Total costs divided by Total revenue
Average SKUs per shipment	The average number of SKU (or product rows) in orders fulfilled by OGOship
Average costs per SKU	Total costs divided by Average SKUs per shipment
Costs - Logistics	All costs invoiced by carrier companies
Costs - Handling (outgoing)	The pick&pack and packaging costs at the warehouse
Costs - Handling (incoming)	The handling costs of incoming stock updates
Hourly work	The total hourly work costs at the warehouse, not including incoming handling
Warehousing	The stock holding costs at the warehouse
Number of returns	The number of returning orders processed by OGOship
