Do you have a minimum monthly invoicing?
Minimum invoice amount can be found in our price list and also in terms and conditions.
OGOship has a monthly minimum invoice amount that is stated in the Price list of OGOship’s services.
The minimum invoice amount is the minimum total amount of the invoice, excluding VAT and sales tax. If the total amount of all services bought from OGOship is below this amount, a new row is added onto the invoice to cover for the amount. This minimum monthly amount is based on an average of 100 shipments / month or 3-4 shipments per day but it may vary.
The minimum invoice amount will not apply during the 1st three full months of the term of commitment of this Service contract.
In case the 1st onboarding meeting has not been held between the Customer and OGOship within 3 months of the signing of the contract or if onboarding stops for over one month during the onboarding process, resulting from a delay originating from the Customer, OGOship has the right to immediately charge the Customer one month’s worth of the minimum invoice amount.
