MyOGO is slow, we are investigating the problem at the moment.
Update 11.30 (EET)
There is internal DNS issue with Microsoft's Azure Datacenter currently affecting our services. We are working with our Microsoft Partner to resolve this asap.
Update 13.30 (EET)
The issue remains ongoing and is currently impacting the integrations as well. We have activated the backup system to synchronize orders in order to minimize the impact of the issue.
Update 15.45 ( EET)
A workaround for the Azure DNS issue has been applied.
We used our backup service during the day to synchronize data between services. However, some individual orders may still be missing.
If you are using our API to transfer orders, please verify that they have been received correctly in myOGO.
We will run a full synchronization overnight to ensure everything is up to date.
