We have great news! As of September 2025 we are leveling up the standard of 3PL service by introducing the OGOship tracking and post purchase experience portal with AI assisted chat as the new standard service level for all OGOship customers! With this change we are upgrading the ecommerce business of all our customers and creating a new standard for 3PL services.
This means that all our existing customers will be receiving the following features pre-configured for them:
- OGOship tracking with various customizable widgets
- AI assisted after-sale chat and ticketing system

What problems are these features solving for you
"Where is my order" is the most common after-sales question alongside "I would like to make a return". By providing instant clarity with OGOship tracking and by providing an automated channel for these kinds of inquiries, customer service tickets numbers will be reduced and the speed of solving these matters for the customers will be instantaneous.

What will this cost?
Nothing, for now. This service level will be the new standard level for all our customers. For our existing customers the configuration will be done by OGOship, free of charge.
After 6 months, there will be a monthly service package cost of 49 euros per month. However, you will have the opportunity to disable the features at any time to avoid this cost. We are sure that you will love the new features though!
