Peak Season has started! 

Due to a higher-than-usual volume of inquiries and orders during this busy time, please be aware that our response times may be slightly longer than usual. Additionally, order processing and handling could take an extra 1-2 days.

Check the special dates concerning our warehouses operating hours here and what carriers recommend as their holiday shipping deadlines so your products make it to their buyers before Christmas and New Years.

PostNL drivers on strike on 13th-14th Jan | VNL warehouse


We got informed that due to a strike, the drivers of PostNL were not working from 4 a.m. on Friday morning, January 13th until 7 a.m. on Saturday morning, January 14th.


This means that there were no pickups of PostNL shipments on Friday 13th from the VNL warehouse. Please take into account, that slight delays might occur in deliveries from the NL due to last week's strike. PostTNL is operating as normal from 16th January on.

Royal Mail workers on strike during Black Friday | PFS warehouse

 

The union for Royal Mail workers - The Communication Workers Union (CWU) according to the Parcel and Postal technology International– has announced that 115,000 postal workers will go on strike on November 24 and November 25, the Black Friday shopping day, and on November 30 and December 1 – two days after Cyber Monday. Read more about it here. 


Please consider this when considering your carrier selection during and around Black Friday.

To make sure your Black Friday runs as smooth as possible anyways, we recommend instead of Royal Mail to use:


- Whistl Large Letter for smaller shipments.

- Parcelforce - Express24 for larger shipments.

There are changes to our warehouse operating hours due to public holidays next week Thu 26th May, Ascension Day. Special times listed below by warehouse.


TLL warehouse

Normal operating hours. 


VNT & JKT warehouses

26th of May, Ascension Day. The warehouses are closed.


GOT & SKP warehouses

26th of May, Ascension Day. The warehouses are closed.


PFS warehouse

Normal operating hours.


VNL warehouse

26th of May, Ascension Day. The warehouse is closed.


SOL warehouse

26th of May, Ascension Day. The warehouse is closed.



March 21st, 2022

The Netherlands Covid-19 restrictions are being lifted

We have good news! Things are looking bright and the overall situation has improved again regarding Covid-19. As the restrictions have largely been lifted in the Netherlands our warehouse is able to work according to a 48h outbound SLA again.


We are monitoring the situation closely and should the situation change, we will inform you.

Russia, Belarus and Ukraine transports

 

Due to the current turbulent safety situation around the world, all carriers with a few exceptions (presented below) in the OGOship network have suspended their transports to Russia, Belarus and the Ukraine until further notice.
