From 1 October 2026, fulfilment at our UK warehouse (PFS) is charged using a new price structure. This article explains what changes on your invoice and why.
It does not list prices. Prices will be in the OGOship price list once it is published.
Why we are changing the structure
The old structure priced an order mainly by the packaging it was packed into: bag, box, oversized or complex. Separate charges for additional product titles, additional items and despatch preparation were added on top. Several of these lines described internal warehouse steps rather than anything you could see in your own orders, which made invoices hard to read and costs hard to predict.
The new structure follows the model that is standard across the 3PL industry. An order is priced on what it contains and how it has to be handled: one order fee, a charge per order line, a charge per item picked, and a supplement only when an order needs a box or an insert, or is heavy or large. That means fewer, clearer charges, and you can look at any order and see why it costs what it costs.
The change is about how the cost of an order is built up, not about raising it. Individual orders can come out slightly higher or lower depending on what they contain, but your new pricing is set so that your overall fulfilment cost at PFS does not change in any significant way.
Charges that are removed
These charges no longer appear on your invoice for orders fulfilled from PFS:

| Pick and pack of shipment, B2C complex | Handling a complex order, including the first item |
| Order processing, B2C label only | Processing an order that only needs a shipping label |
| Additional product title | Each order line beyond the first |

| Postal despatch preparation | Preparing an order for a postal service |
The new charges

|---|---|
| Box supplement | Per order that is packed in a box |

| Size supplement | Per order that contains a product over 20 cm, over 50 cm or over 100 cm. Three bands, and only one band is charged per order. |
| Weight supplement | Per order weighing over 500 g, in five bands: 501 to 1000 g, 1001 to 2000 g, 2001 to 5000 g, 5001 to 10000 g, and over 10000 g. Only one band is charged per order. Orders up to 500 g have no weight supplement. |
What stays the same
- The change applies to orders fulfilled from PFS only. Pricing at our other warehouses is unchanged.
Carrier and shipping rates, storage, returns handling, packaging materials and monthly fees are not part of this change.
