December 2026 - EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)
The EUDR is part of the European Green Deal and aims to reduce deforestation, forest degradation, and related environmental impacts. B2B and B2C shipments in scope of the EUDR will require proof that the contents are deforestation-free as of 30 December 2026.
Each product subject to EUDR within the shipment will require either a Due Diligence Statement Reference Number or a TARIC Document Code.
