To resend return instructions navigate to myOGO2:
- Open the return
- In the top-right header, open Admin tools (gear icon)
- Click Send return instructions
Important:
- This action is available only when the return status is
Waiting - If the return is in
Requested, use Approve instead — that both approves the return and sends the instructions to the customer
