Orders to Amazon, marketplaces like Faire or Zalando, retailers and other B2B buyers often need packing details, labels or a pallet. Follow these steps so the order ships without delays.
Please ensure that the following procedures are done in order:
- Create the order in myOGO according to these instructions listing all the products that need to be sent. (For Amazon FBA, first create the inbound shipment in Seller Central).
- Place the order in RESERVED status to avoid orders being sent without labels.
- Then send an email to service@ogoship.com with a link to the order in myOGO and mention it is an FBA order, marketplace order or B2B order.
- Please also forward the Amazon reference ID if the shipment is to be shipped with DHL.
- Provide the packing instructions: Tell us how the order should be packed: for example in master cartons, on one pallet with a maximum height of 180 cm, or with your PO number on every box. The warehouse packs the order once, so instructions that arrive after packing may not be possible to follow.
- When the shipment is picked and packed, our merchant care team informs you of the dimensions and weight for the shipment.
- Then book the transport or finalise the order with your buyer or marketplace (for Amazon, in Seller Central), and download the shipping labels. If the shipment is sent in packages, attach one label per page.
- Send us the shipping labels and any other documents needed. The warehouse adds the needed documents to the shipment and sends it. In case you organize the shipping, it can be done only after we have received the shipping labels.
Please message our Merchant Care team through service@ogoship.com if you have any questions about the process.
