October's releases bring OGOship into your Shopify and WooCommerce admin and checkout, make refunds pay out when the return arrives, and help orders and stock reach the warehouse right the first time.
1. Shopify and WooCommerce
The OGOship app now opens inside your Shopify or WooCommerce admin, with Boxy
The OGOship app is now a page inside your Shopify admin. The same page opens in your WooCommerce admin, through the OGOship plugin. You can check your fulfilment without leaving your web shop. It shows:
- Your orders at a glance: how many are pending, reserved, collecting and shipped today.
- Delivery at checkout: the delivery options your customers are offered, with a test checkout. Enter an address, weight and order value to see exactly which options and prices a customer would get.
- Your OGOship account: merchant name, client number and channels.
- Boxy, the OGOship assistant, beside the page. Ask it about your orders, products and notes. It is read-only to start with: it can look things up but not change them. Full access can be switched on in myOGO.
Connecting a Shopify store no longer needs myOGO 1: the app shows a code, and you enter it in myOGO 2 under Integrations, Link Shopify store.
The two old links in Shopify ("Open OGOship orders" and "Open OGOship products") are gone, because they opened myOGO 1.
Pickup points at your Shopify or WooCommerce checkout
Your customers can now choose a pickup point right at your checkout. In Shopify, OGOship adds itself to your shop as a shipping option provider. In WooCommerce, the selector comes with the OGOship plugin. The customer sees the nearest pickup points as shipping options, and the point they choose comes into myOGO with the order. You do not need a separate pickup point app.
In Shopify you decide, per shipping zone, which delivery types are offered, the price by weight, a free shipping threshold, and when an option is shown (by country, weight, order value or postcode). The test checkout in the OGOship app in Shopify shows what a customer would see.
This feature works with selected warehouses only. For now OGOship sets this up for you, in either shop: email service@ogoship.com and we will see if your warehouse setup is eligible.
See how a Shopify order was paid, in the customer's currency
The web shop panel on the order and return pages now lists the payments: payment method (with card brand and last digits when known), amount and refunds. Gift card and store credit payments are marked.
On multi-currency (Shopify Markets) orders, amounts are now shown in the currency the customer paid in. Before, they could show the right number with the wrong currency.
2. Returns and refunds
Approve a refund in advance, and refund automatically when the return arrives
On the return page you can now Approve refund before the parcel is back. The refund is then paid as soon as the warehouse receives the return, or at once if it has already arrived. The Approve return dialog has the same option: Also refund automatically when received.
To do this for every return, switch on Refund automatically when received in your return settings. It is off by default.
If a refund fails, the return shows an error box with the reason. The receipt of the return still completes, so the stock is not held up.
Store credit as a gift card or as Shopify store credit
For each Shopify integration you can now choose how a return refunded as store credit is given: as a gift card (the default), whose code is sent to the customer, or as Shopify's own store credit on the customer's account.
If the connection to your shop has no permission to update customers, the integration page shows a warning and a Reauthenticate button. Without that permission, gift cards still work by their code but do not show on the customer's account.
Store credit is available on the Pro plan.
Refunds go back the way the customer paid
When a customer paid a Shopify order with more than one payment, for example a gift card and a card, the refund is now split over those payments. Before, all of it went to the first one.
Store credit is also converted at the exchange rate Shopify used on the order, so a refund on an order paid in another currency comes out at the right amount.
A timeline on every return
The return page has a new timeline: delivered, return created, label sent, in transit, received, refund and exchange order sent. You can see where a return stands without opening its history.
GLS parcel shop returns check the address first
When a customer books a GLS parcel shop return, the return portal now checks the address before the label is created. Address lines 1 and 2 together must be under 40 characters, and characters GLS does not accept are named so the customer can replace them. Invisible characters that sometimes come from copy and paste are removed for every delivery type.
This stops returns that used to fail at the label step.
3. Orders
Change the delivery address of an order the warehouse already has
You can now edit the customer details of an order that is already being collected, on the order page in myOGO 2. The address is changed in the warehouse's system directly, instead of the order being cancelled and sent again. When you open the edit, the details the warehouse has are loaded and any difference is shown.
At our warehouse in Weert (NL-NED) this works until the order is ready for picking, and at our other warehouses until it is picked.
Orders at our warehouse in Weert can no longer be edited in myOGO 1. Use myOGO 2.
New rule condition: number of order rows
Rules can now check how many rows an order has, compared as less than, bigger than, equal or not equal. Use it, for example, for a small-order surcharge or a B2B rule.
Order import from a spreadsheet: delivery method and tags
The spreadsheet order import has two new optional columns:
- Delivery Method Code: your own shipping code, matched with your delivery type mappings the same way a shipping method from a web shop is.
- Order Tags: links the order to your tags. Tags that do not exist yet are created.
Imported orders are now processed like web shop orders. Before, they could stay in INCOMING.
Save up to five searches on list pages
On myOGO 2 list pages you can now save up to five searches or filters and switch between them with one click. Long press or right click a number to open its menu.
4. Products and stock
Purchase orders: start from a product list or an Excel file
The new purchase order page in myOGO 2 starts with the products. Add them by hand or upload an Excel file. Unknown SKUs and EANs, EANs shared by several products and wrong quantities are listed with their row numbers before anything is saved. A file with several references makes one draft per reference.
When you submit it, the purchase order goes to the warehouse straight from myOGO 2, at every one of our warehouses. A draft can be deleted, and a submitted one is cancelled at the warehouse too where the warehouse allows it. Once the warehouse has started receiving a purchase order, it can no longer be edited, and myOGO tells you why.
Packaging levels and a tidier product page
On the product page you can add packaging levels, such as a box or a pallet, with units, barcode and dimensions. At our warehouse in Weert (NL-NED) they are sent to the warehouse when you save and its outer boxes are read back every night. A product with no packaging levels can be marked No packaging levels, so nobody asks you for them.
The page is regrouped: the Stock panel holds stock levels, incoming stock, packaging and dimensions, and customs details moved to the pricing, supplier and documents panel. The customs section has a Boxy button that asks Boxy for the HS code, country of origin, description and composition.

5. Invoices
Download the invoice PDF from the invoice list
The invoice list in myOGO 2 has a download button on every row, so you can save the PDF without opening the invoice.
6. Integrations
Fortnox
The Fortnox integration now works in myOGO 2 as well as in myOGO 1. A new setting, Add Fortnox order preview document as an attachment to the order, attaches Fortnox's order preview to each order, for example to use as a packing list. When it is on, an order is not synced if the attachment cannot be fetched.
API: stock updates as draft or new
The API documentation now states that POST /StockUpdate accepts the status DRAFT or NEW.
7. Boxy and the OGOship MCP
Boxy is the assistant inside myOGO 2. The OGOship MCP connects your myOGO account to the AI tool you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Both can now do more.
Ask what happened across all your orders
Ask Boxy, or your own AI tool through the OGOship MCP, about the history of all your orders at once, up to 12 months back, instead of opening orders one by one. Ask by what happened ("changed by the warehouse", "missing house number"), by who did it (the warehouse, a rule, your web shop integration or a person) or by status. For example: "How many orders went to reserved in the last 90 days, and why?" The answer comes with the reasons counted, so you can see which fix stops the most orders.
Pickup points with descriptions and full opening hours
When you or your customer service ask Boxy or the MCP about pickup points, the answer now includes the carrier's description of each point ("in the courtyard", "next to the tills") and its full opening hours: every opening slot of a day, closed days, and holidays where the carrier provides them. Answers come faster because all carriers are asked at the same time.
Check a purchase order against the warehouse
At most of our warehouses, you can ask Boxy or the MCP to compare a purchase order with the warehouse's copy, line by line, to see what the warehouse has registered.
